Payment Information
When you place an order on our website, consider it an offer to purchase. We will acknowledge receipt of your order via email. Once your order is accepted, the products will be dispatched, and a legal contract is formed. We reserve the right to decline any order, in which case we will notify you directly.

Payments are processed only when orders are dispatched, and you may amend your order until the final confirmation page. Refunds & Returns
You have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK and European consumer law. You may initiate the return by contacting us via letter, fax, or email to arrange for the item’s collection. No justification for the return is required, but items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of cancellation notice.

Refunds are processed within 28 days of your cancellation, provided the items are returned in suitable condition. Excessive or improper use may result in a deduction from your refund to cover the diminished value and shipping costs.
Should our error necessitate a return, we will refund the cost of shipping. These terms complement your statutory rights.
Delivery
Upon acceptance of your order by Impruvit, the delivery window is typically 7 to 14 working days, depending on stock availability. We aim to deliver sooner when possible. Please note that these are estimates, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
We serve the entire UK, including the Channel Islands, choosing the most efficient delivery methods for each area. In case of lost or damaged goods, please notify us in writing. Keep damaged items as they may need to be inspected. For delivery issues, please allow an additional 10 working days before contacting us
